A Message to Our Hanna Customers:
Like you, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. We want you to know first and foremost that we are here for you during these uncertain times. Hanna Instruments USA is still fully operational and open for business.
Many of you have reached out to us with questions regarding production and shipping delays. We are and always have been 100% vertically integrated. Our products are all manufactured in-house and everything pertaining to our products is handled by us.
We're working closely with our suppliers and have rescheduled our production lines where necessary, to minimize the impact on the availability and delivery of our products. At this time and for the foreseeable future, we do not expect any delays on the delivery of our products. Should this change due to circumstances out of our control, we promise to always keep you informed and updated.
We've also taken the necessary steps and precautions to keep our employees safe during this time, with many working from home. The Hanna team is ready to assist you with your testing needs and will continue to provide support to our customers across the U.S.
