Hanna Instruments Extended Warranty Program

The Hanna Instruments extended warranty program for the HI901, HI902 titrator provides the following advantages:

  • Extends the Limited warranty from two years to three years on the instrument.
  • Extends the warranty on the burette and pump from six months to 1 year.
  • Provides an annual factory calibration service of the unit. The Instrument will notify the user that factory calibration is required at one year after the date of purchase. This message is intended to provide communication that the unit should be factory calibrated to maintain the accuracy and consistency in the instrument. Hanna will perform two factory calibrations as part of the extended warranty plan. ($300 Value)

The warranty only applies to those defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purpose and maintained according to the instructions. The warranty will not cover for damage due to physical damage, moisture, or other examples that are determined to be negligence or abuse of the instrument.

Warranted Products may only be returned for repair or replacement at the discretion of Hanna. Hanna does not cover the cost of shipping the instrument.

The cost of the extended warranty program is $295.00.
